We are actively seeking a licensed Architect to join our dynamic team at Homelife Realty and Construction Co. This is your chance to collaborate with creative, out-of-the-box thinkers and contribute to our ongoing success.

MUST HAVE:

Licensed and registered Architect
At least 2 years of working experience
Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D modeling, 3D rendering, and Microsoft Office applications
Knowledge of Adobe editing software is a plus
Experience in project management
Experience in fit-out works
Ability to oversee multiple projects
Experience in estimates

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Oversee the progress of various projects, providing regular reports and ensuring quality work
Collaborate with the site supervisor to meet project deadlines
Prepare cutting lists and material estimates for each project
Conduct site inspections and visits as needed
Attend client meetings and provide updates
Create design drawings as required

The contract signing took place safely at our office at Room 204D, Lopez Building, Assumption Rd., Session Road, Baguio City, Philippines. Adhering strictly to COVID-19 safety protocols, we ensured a secure environment for everyone involved. Employees and clients were equipped with protective face shields, face masks, and acrylic barriers to maintain health and safety during the transaction.
